Ephesians 4:31-32; "Get rid of all bitterness, rage, and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice. Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you." In the scripture above, Apostle Paul was admonishing the church in Ephesus to be free from all form of anger, slander, and malice among brethren. He encouraged them to forgive one another because unforgiveness hinders the power of God. In the story of Moses, we read that he could not get into the promise land due to a simple disobedience and this disobedience to God was caused by anger. Anger can hinder the glory of God from manifesting in our lives, you can lose your salvation when your anger can't be controlled. Promotion is an advancement in rank or position. Everyone needs to desire promotion. It is a gift from God. Bible says in Psalm 75:6-7; "For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south. But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another." As believers, we have to look unto God for our promotion not neglecting hard work, as promotion is a reward. However, due to high competition in the world today and in some fields of job or operations, some people are denied their rights to promotion but as you pray this prayer along, the God of justice will restore you or catapult you to your deserved/desired level in life. YOUR LIFE IS NOT ORDINARY 1 Corinthians 2:14; "But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned."(KJV) As a believer in Christ, your life is not ordinary, you live a supernatural life. Bible always differentiates the natural man from the spiritual man. The natural men are ordinary people, the things of the spirit are foolishness to them. They see supernatural men as time wasters. 2 Corinthians 5:7 says; "For we live by faith, not by sight."(NIV); We walk by the Spirit and fulfils the Spirit's desire. Bible also says in 2 Corinthians 10:3; "We are human, but we don't wage war as humans do."(NLT) So you see, we are different from those who do not believe, your life is not ordinary. We do things differently, we make decisions differently, we consider options differently, we walk by faith, not by sight.  Romans 12
