PRAYER FOR SPIRITUAL GROWTH

Growth is improvement or development towards maturity. When someone is born again, as a child of God you are like babies in Christ and you are expected to grow. Babies are immature physically and mentally, but we expect them to develop and grow, if they don't, then there is a problem.

The body of Christ is also expected to grow as individual members mature, it leads to the congregation becoming mature.
Ephesians 4:14-15; "Then we will no longer be immature like children. We won’t be tossed and blown about by every wind of new teaching. We will not be influenced when people try to trick us with lies so clever they sound like the truth. Instead, we will speak the truth in love, growing in every way more and more like Christ, who is the head of his body, the church."

PRAYER POINT: Lord grant me the ability to be strengthened with all power, [to exercise] every kind of endurance and patience with joy and thanksgiving in Jesus name.

Promotion is an advancement in rank or position. Everyone needs to desire promotion. It is a gift from God. Bible says in Psalm 75:6-7; "For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south. But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another." As believers, we have to look unto God for our promotion not neglecting hard work, as promotion is a reward.
