MID-JULY GROUP PRAYER AND FASTING


 Exodus 23:20-22; "Behold, I send an Angel before thee, to keep thee in the way, and to bring thee into the place which I have prepared. Beware of him, and obey his voice, provoke him not; for he will not pardon your transgressions: for my name is in him. But if thou shalt indeed obey his voice, and do all that I speak; then I will be an enemy unto thine enemies, and an adversary unto thine adversaries." (KJV)

 In the above scripture, the Lord had sent an Angel before the Children of Israel because they were the chosen of God. He Spoke about their obedience and the reward of it; making Himself an enemy to their enemies and an adversary to their adversaries.

 When you give your life to Christ Jesus, you become at peace with God and also become an heir to the promise God made to the Children of Israel through Abraham. God is a covenant keeping God, He has given us His promised Holy Spirit and this promise still stand that God will be an enemy to your enemies and an adversary to your adversaries. 

 So each time, you notice the enemy come up against you in any circumstance, just believe that your enemy is fighting God. God is your defense, the battle is of the Lord. Just keep believing in the Lord and let Him fight His battle. 

 2 Chronicles 20:15 says; "And he said, Hearken ye, all Judah, and ye inhabitants of Jerusalem, and thou king Jehoshaphat, Thus saith the LORD unto you, Be not afraid nor dismayed by reason of this great multitude; for the battle is not yours, but God's."(KJV)

 Whatever you are passing through, the battle is of the Lord, in your sickness, pain, poverty, unemployment, shame, you name it! God is fighting your battle for you and your victory is sure in Him. Praise God!

MID-FEBRUARY PRAYER AND FASTING (DAY 2) Divine Provision is the supernatural supply that comes from God. You can experience God’s superabundant provision in every area of life. In the scripture, we find it written that God has great plans for us and I personally do not think that lack and insufficiency will make a good definition of great plans. Jeremiah 29:11 says; "For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."(NIV). Never for once think that a God that takes good pleasure in giving good gifts unto His children will contradict Himself by willing a life of nakedness and want for His children. No! That cannot be the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob in the bible.
